Built on the foundations of the acclaimed Green Series — VG-10W steel, hollow-ground fully convex blades, mirror-polished — the XP pairs that blade heritage with the unique Disc Operation System of the Millennium Series. The Disc Operation System combines an enclosed ball-bearing unit, a special spring, and a synthetic disc to ensure uniform pressure and incredibly smooth operation, consistently, cut after cut. This is not a standard tension screw. It is a patented mechanism that extends the life of the blade and the consistency of the performance.

Clean after every use. Wipe the blades clean after every client using a soft Kasho leather cloth. Hair residue and product build-up accelerate wear. A clean blade holds its edge longer.

Oil the pivot daily. Apply a drop of oil to the pivot point each day using the Kasho oil pen. It keeps the cutting action smooth and protects the steel against corrosion.

Check the tension. Check and adjust the screw tension before you begin. Correct tension reduces hand fatigue and extends the working life of the blade.

Store them properly. Store your scissors closed, in a case or holder, away from sterilisation liquids, perm, and colour solutions. These chemicals corrode even the finest steel.

Protect the blades. When cutting hair, avoid clipping on combs or slides — it may scratch or nick your blades.

Leave sharpening to the experts. Sharpening and servicing should be carried out only by a KASHO technician.
