Leather Sheath

A scissors is only as good as its edge, and that edge is most vulnerable when it isn’t in the stylist’s hand.

The K-8 is crafted from genuine leather, finished with red stitching and the embossed KASHO mark. It slips easily over the blades and gives them a fitted, protective home — on the station, in the kit bag or travelling between salons. Dirt, knocks and accidental contact are kept away from the cutting edge, so the scissors come out exactly as they went in.

The simplest habit in a professional care routine — and one of the most important.

Wipe clean. Keep the sheath clean by wiping with a soft, dry cloth.

Protect the leather. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or product chemicals which can dry and crack leather over time.

Dry before sheathing. Do not store wet scissors inside the sheath. Allow scissors to dry fully before sheathing after cleaning.

Condition periodically. Condition the leather periodically with a suitable leather care product to maintain flexibility.

Store properly. Store in a dry environment. Do not compress or over-fill.
