Sagano

The Sagano was designed to incorporate the best of every KASHO series. That is not a marketing claim — it is an engineering decision, and it shows in everything the scissors does.

The Samurai Sword blade design comes from the Millennium. The sophisticated ball-bearing disc operating system comes from the Damascus. The optimum ergonomics come from the Silver. The powerful leaf blade properties come from the Green. All of it is forged in ATS314 carbon steel, hollow ground, mirror polished to a fully convex edge, and finished with a traditionally forged finger notch — KASHO characters and an original Japanese ceramic inlay lending the screw system a touch of craft that the rest of the range does not have.

Available in 5.5", 6.0", 6.5", and 7.0". For hairdressers who want everything the KASHO range has to offer in a single scissors — and who want to be able to see that heritage in the tool itself.

Your KASHO scissors are precision instruments. A simple daily ritual keeps them performing at their best.

Clean after every use. Wipe the blades clean after every client using a soft Kasho leather cloth. Hair residue and product build-up accelerate wear. A clean blade holds its edge longer.

Oil the pivot daily. Apply a drop of oil to the pivot point each day using the Kasho oil pen. It keeps the cutting action smooth and protects the steel against corrosion.

Check the tension. Check and adjust the screw tension before you begin. Correct tension reduces hand fatigue and extends the working life of the blade.

Store them properly. Store your scissors closed, in a case or holder, away from sterilisation liquids, perm, and colour solutions. These chemicals corrode even the finest steel.

Protect the blades. When cutting hair, avoid clipping on combs or slides — it may scratch or nick your blades.

Leave sharpening to the experts. Sharpening and servicing should be carried out only by a KASHO technician.

Precision tools require precision care — and the KASHO Ultimate Edge is worth protecting.
