38-teeth is a great choice for thick or coarse hair that requires significant volume reduction. For transformative thinning, texturing and seamless blending work, this scissor really shines. With a 'B-Type', or bottom blade, which is primarily used for straighter, much thicker hair and for longer hair because of the way that long hair falls into the teeth better, but this is absolutely not exclusive. Of the two variants, the Bottom Blade is a more versatile tool for today’s clientele. More of a guaranteed all-rounder.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe the blades after every use using a Kasho leather cloth, keep your scissors clean and hair free. Clean blades retain their edge and shine for longer. The scissors are designed for smooth, sharp cutting and do not require any unnecessary force or pressure. Lubricate the pivot daily with a Kasho oil pen. It helps to keep the cutting action smooth. Avoid contact with sterilisation liquid and perm or colour solution as these can corrode your scissors. We recommend using the Made For The Blade Scissor Spray. Always store your scissors with the blades closed and in a case or holder to keep them safe from dirt and damage when storing or transporting. Check the scissor tension on a daily basis. It's easy to adjust and a smoother cut reduces wear and tear. When cutting hair, try to avoid clipping the scissors on combs or slides as it may scratch or nick your blades. Only our Kasho technicians should sharpen or repair your tools. Precision engineering requires precision servicing.
