{"product_id":"sagano-black-dlc","title":"Sagano Black DLC","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe eye-catching Sagano Black series boasts the same properties as the Sagano, with the addition of a special Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating. This nano composite coating has the unique properties of natural diamond; high hardness, corrosion resistance and low friction, creating an even smoother cutting experience. Masterful design and modern technology combine to form perfect harmony. The DLC coating also provides protection against allergies and resistance to other chemical compounds. Hand-finished, each Sagano Black scissor exudes a cool obsidian sheen. The Sagano has been designed to incorporate the best of all series. The hollow ground, DLC finished, fully convex blades are forged from ATS314 carbon steel and coated with Diamond Like Carbon coating. The Samurai Sword blade design is taken from the Millennium series, the sophisticated ball bearing disc operating system from the Damascus series, with the optimum ergonomics of the Silver series and the powerful leaf blade properties of the Green series. Offered for the first time with a traditionally forged finger notch. Kasho characters and an original Japanese ceramic inlay lend the screw system a sophisticated touch.  These come in a 5.5\" 6\" 6.5\" and 7\" blade helping you find the perfect balance and size. Offset Ball-Bearing Adjustable Screw System Forged Finger Rest Diamond Like Carbon Anti Allergic Integrated Finger Rest The integrated finger rest is designed to provide additional support and comfort, promoting a more natural hand position by allowing your hand to rest comfortably, contributing to better control and increased precision during cutting. Convex Leaf Blades  Perfectly balanced. The power of the leaf blade structure combined with the convex edge design allows for an unprecedented cutting experience, and utter power with each cut, slicing through the thickest hair with complete ease. Ball-Bearing The enclosed ball-bearing is free from collecting hair and dust so that nothing may affect the precise movement of the scissors, whilst the synthetic disc between the upper and lower blades minimises friction and wear of the blades. DLC The Diamond Like Carbon film coating exhibits properties similar to a diamond. While it doesn't contain actual diamond crystals, it mimics some of the characteristics of diamonds, including hardness, chemical resistance, and low friction. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wipe the blades after every use using a Kasho leather cloth, keep your scissors clean and hair free. Clean blades retain their edge and shine for longer. The scissors are designed for smooth, sharp cutting and do not require any unnecessary force or pressure. Lubricate the pivot daily with a Kasho oil pen. It helps to keep the cutting action smooth. Avoid contact with sterilisation liquid and perm or colour solution as these can corrode your scissors. We recommend using the Made For The Blade Scissor Spray. Always store your scissors with the blades closed and in a case or holder to keep them safe from dirt and damage when storing or transporting. Check the scissor tension on a daily basis. It's easy to adjust and a smoother cut reduces wear and tear. When cutting hair, try to avoid clipping the scissors on combs or slides as it may scratch or nick your blades. Only our Kasho technicians should sharpen or repair your tools.
